Get out and play. Play in the water, fields, and woods. Play games with friends, but don't play them like a game. Play is fun, and the reward is to build energy, not dominance. Competition can be fun in fair play, good sportsmanship, and comraderie. Putting others down, exploiting them for personal gain, or downright cruel treatment has no place on the playground, field, or court. Have fun, play hard, and be your best!
